The marketplace itself does not own, stock, inspect, or ship products listed by Sellers.
All transactions, fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, and product-related obligations are the sole responsibility of the Seller who fulfilled the order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Returns
Unless otherwise specified in the product listing or Seller’s store policies, most Sellers offer a 30-day return period starting from the date the item is delivered to the buyer.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- be returned in the same condition as received,
- be unused and unworn,
- include all original packaging, tags, and accessories,
- be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, buyers must contact the Seller directly through the marketplace order page or seller messaging system.
Returns sent without Seller authorization may be refused.
If a return is approved, the Seller will provide:
- return authorization (if required),
- return shipping instructions,
- and the return address.
Return shipping costs and responsibility are determined by the Seller’s policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Buyers are required to inspect items promptly upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the description, the buyer must notify the Seller within a reasonable timeframe so the Seller may evaluate and resolve the issue in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

In most cases, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
- request and complete an approved return, and
- place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Damage Claims
If an item is damaged during shipment:
- the buyer must retain all original packaging,
- document the damage with clear photographs,
- and contact the Seller promptly.
Shipping damage claims are generally processed through the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS) and may take several weeks or longer to resolve. Sellers may assist with the claims process but timelines are determined by the carrier.
Manufacturer Warranty & Support
Products that include a manufacturer warranty or require installation, configuration, or technical support may not be eligible for return.
In such cases, buyers should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service or technical assistance.
Any replacement or repair authorized by the manufacturer will be governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Refunds
Once a Seller receives and inspects a returned item, the Seller will determine refund eligibility in accordance with their stated policies and applicable law.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method,
- processing typically occurs within 10 business days, subject to payment processor and financial institution timelines.
Marketplace Disclaimer
The marketplace:
- does not guarantee Seller performance,
- does not provide product warranties unless expressly stated,
- is not responsible for Seller-provided descriptions, fulfillment, or after-sale obligations.
The marketplace may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication or dispute resolution but does not assume Seller liability.
