3. Pricing, Sales Tax & Fees

  • All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).
  • Sales tax is automatically calculated and collected based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. We remit collected taxes to the relevant authorities.
  • Shipping and handling charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Any convenience or financing fees will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation & Authorization

  • By completing your purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount.
  • We may place a temporary pre-authorization hold to verify available funds.
  • If payment is declined, you will be notified and the order may be canceled.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (crediting time depends on your bank or card issuer).
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of costs.

7. Seller Payouts

  • Sellers receive funds through Stripe Connect.
  • Payouts are processed according to the schedule in your Seller Dashboard (typically 3–14 business days after order delivery confirmation, minus platform commission and fees).
  • Payouts are sent via ACH direct deposit to your linked US bank account (or other supported methods in Stripe).
