Flexible Shipping Solutions

We offer two main shipping options to give sellers maximum flexibility while ensuring buyers get reliable delivery.

1. Shippo (Recommended)

Shippo is our integrated shipping partner that provides discounted rates and easy label generation.

Advantages:

  • Access to discounted rates from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others.
  • Automatic label creation directly from your Seller Dashboard.
  • Real-time tracking that syncs with the platform.
  • Insurance options available.
  • Easy returns label generation.

How it works:

  1. Buyer selects shipping method at checkout.
  2. After order confirmation, go to your Seller Dashboard → Orders.
  3. Generate shipping label via Shippo with one click.
  4. Print label, attach to package, and drop off.
  5. Tracking number is automatically shared with the buyer.

2. Vendor Shipping (Self-Ship)

You can use your own preferred carrier or account (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, etc.).

When to use:

  • You already have negotiated carrier accounts with better rates.
  • Shipping large/heavy motorcycle parts (engines, frames, fairings, etc.).
  • Local pickup or delivery options.

Requirements:

  • You must provide valid tracking number through the platform within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping cost must be accurately reflected in the listing or calculated at checkout.
  • You remain responsible for timely delivery and proper packaging.

Shipping Guidelines for All Sellers

  • Ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Use adequate packaging to protect motorcycle parts (bubble wrap, foam, sturdy boxes).
  • Provide accurate dimensions and weight when creating listings.
  • Offer Free Shipping on eligible items to increase visibility (optional).
  • International shipping is allowed but buyer pays all customs/duties.
