Shipping & Tracking for Buyers
We work hard to get your motorcycle parts to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Shipping Options at Checkout
You will see the following options during checkout:
- Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Expedited / Express Shipping
- Free Shipping (on eligible listings)
- Local Pickup (when offered by the seller)
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated based on your address and item weight/size.
2. Processing & Shipping Time
- Sellers are expected to ship most orders within 1–2 business days after payment.
- You will receive a notification when your order ships.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Go to My Account → My Orders
- Click on the order number
- View tracking information and carrier details
- Click the tracking number to see live updates on the carrier’s website
Tracking is updated in real time once the seller provides it.
4. Delivery Expectations
- Domestic (USA): Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
- Expedited: 1–3 business days (additional cost).
- Remote areas or large/heavy parts may take longer.
- International shipping is available on some listings — customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.
5. What to Do When Your Package Arrives
- Inspect the package for damage before signing for it.
- Open and check the part immediately.
- Take photos of the packaging and item (especially if there is damage).
- Report any issues to the seller through the platform within 30 days.
6. Common Questions
- My package is delayed → Check tracking first, then contact the seller.
- Item arrived damaged → Do not discard packaging. Open a return request immediately.
- I didn’t receive tracking → Contact the seller via platform messages.
